We start with a discovery session
There is a trial session with each learner to assess their level, understand their specific business context and make sure the coaching relationship is the right fit. Because great results start with the right dynamic.

Private sessions, small group formats, or a combination: we adapt the pace and structure to your team’s schedule, goals and timeline. Whether you have 6 weeks before a major pitch or want a long-term program, we build it around your needs.

Each new program requires a 25-minutes trial session to determine the level, objectives & the “fit” between the learner and the coach. * Essential requirement: the learner must have a sufficient level of English as this will be our transition language.
