French Spark is a dynamic, immersive French coaching experience designed for expats, international professionals and anyone who loves French but wants to go beyond textbook language. Wendy approaches coaching like a performance trainer. Each session is rooted in real-life conversations and authentic scenarios. Start with a discovery session. French Spark was founded by Wendy after she noticed a recurring issue among international students at her business school: they struggled to connect, not because they lacked ability but because they hadn’t learned how French is truly spoken. <br>French Spark started with a simple observation Wendy made during her time at business school: her international classmates were struggling to connect with French people, not because they lacked ability, but because what they had studied had almost nothing to do with how French people actually speak. Humor, slang, informal conversations: none of it is academic friendly.
When the pandemic hit in 2020, she started coaching expats and professionals online, working with people who needed to feel confident, at ease in their new French-speaking life and most importantly: understand real situations, everyday professional dialogues and the cultural codes that make the difference between speaking French and sounding French. Wendy developed the Executive French Spark method™: a fully personalized, effective and premium French language coaching.
Everything starts with a 25-minutes discovery session on Google Meet. Wendy will assess your current level, get to know your goals and make sure the coaching relationship is the right fit (because chemistry matters!). You will be spending real time together and it should stay a pleasure for both of you.
Afterward, Wendy will present the different formats, pricing and together, you’ll create a program that fits your lifestyle.
French Spark offers two main formats: one-on-one Signature sessions for a fully tailored experience and small-group Collective classes limited to six participants. Programs are flexible and adapted to your schedule and goals. All details are explained during the discovery session, so you can make an informed choice without pressure.
Yes, participants must be at least 13 years old. A solid level of English is also required, as it is used as a bridge language throughout the coaching process.
Yes! A 25-minutes discovery free session is always organized on Google Meet to assess your needs and define your learning objectives together. It also helps ensure there’s a good fit between the learner and the coach.
Not at all! Every program is fully personalized, whether you’re a beginner, intermediate or advanced learner, your French journey is adapted to your goals and profile. However, a fluent level of English is required, as it will serve as our transition language.
Ideally, one to two sessions per week to maintain consistent progress but the pace can be adjusted according to your schedule and objectives.
